"Fees popped up late and nobody followed up"
The food itself was fine, no real complaints there, but the extra fees didn’t really show up clearly until checkout, which was annoying. I reached out hoping someone would explain it or at least acknowledge it, but there was no follow-up at all. Not the worst experience, but I definitely wish the pricing had been more upfront.

"Food was fresh and honestly really good"
Ordered through Takeout Central last night, and honestly, the food was way better than I expected. It showed up still warm, the fries weren’t all soggy, and the chicken actually had a lot of flavor.
I’ve had plenty of takeout from other places where it tastes kind of old by the time it gets to me, but this was fresh and packed well. I’d definitely use them again.

"Umm, no updates and no replies"
Umm, the tracking never changed at all, and when I tried reaching out to support, nobody replied. The food eventually showed up way later than expected and it was already cold.

The options are decent enough, and I can usually find something that works. But it’s a little annoying that some of my usual favorites are missing. It’s not bad, just feels like it could be better.

"Refund took way too much patience"
I had an issue with my order getting a refund turned into such a headache. Support kept sending vague replies that didn’t really answer anything, and it felt like I was being forced to just wait patiently while nothing actually got fixed. After a while, I just felt ignored.

"Quick help, but I still expected an apology"
My takeout order got mixed up, which was frustrating. Customer service did get back to me quickly and sorted it out, so I appreciated that. Still, I was kind of expecting at least a simple apology for the hassle. Not a perfect experience, but they handled the fix well overall

"Pretty easy to use overall"
I was expecting the usual hassle with ordering online, but it was actually quick and simple. The app didn’t freeze on me, which is always what I assume might happen, and the website was easy to figure out too.
